梗音AI隐私政策
本政策说明深圳市吉亿传媒有限公司如何在梗音AI网站、H5网页应用、iOS/Android应用及相关服务中收集、使用、保存和保护你的个人信息。
一、适用范围
本政策适用于梗音AI向用户提供的聊天内容创作、截图识别、歌词与音乐生成、曲库播放、视频导出、公开分享、会员积分、问题反馈和账号管理等服务。
如果某些功能跳转至第三方网站、平台或支付渠道，其收集和使用信息的规则由相应第三方另行说明。我们建议你在使用第三方服务前阅读其隐私政策。
二、我们收集的信息
1. 账号和登录信息
当你使用手机号、微信或其他方式登录时，我们可能收集手机号、验证码校验结果、微信openid/unionid、头像、昵称、登录时间、会话标识和必要的安全校验信息。
2. 你主动提交的内容
你在创作过程中输入的聊天文本、模拟气泡内容、上传的聊天截图、OCR识别结果、曲风描述、参考素材、生成的歌词、歌曲、视频和公开分享内容，可能会被用于提供生成、保存、播放、导出、发布和举报处理等功能。
3. 交易与权益信息
当你购买积分、会员或其他数字内容时，我们会记录产品ID、订单号、交易ID、支付状态、积分流水、会员权益和必要的收据校验结果。iOS应用内购买仅通过Apple App内购买完成。
4. 设备、日志和使用信息
为保障服务稳定性和安全性，我们可能收集设备类型、操作系统版本、App版本、网络状态、页面访问、按钮点击、生成提交、播放、下载、分享、错误日志和崩溃信息。
5. 反馈和客服信息
当你提交问题反馈、举报、删除账号请求或联系我们时，我们会收集你提供的问题描述、联系方式、相关截图、处理记录和必要的沟通信息。
三、我们如何使用信息
- 创建和维护账号、识别登录状态、保障账号安全。
- 完成聊天内容识别、歌词生成、音乐生成、曲库保存、同步歌词播放、视频导出和公开分享。
- 处理积分、会员、订单校验、权益发放、退款核查和异常订单恢复。
- 进行内容安全审核、侵权举报处理、违规内容下架和反作弊风控。
- 改进产品体验、排查故障、分析功能使用情况和提升服务稳定性。
- 回应你的反馈、客服咨询、账号删除请求和法定权利请求。
四、第三方服务
为了提供完整服务，我们可能接入下列类型的第三方能力：
- Apple App内购买：用于iOS端数字内容和会员权益购买。
- 微信开放平台：用于移动端微信登录及相关授权。
- 短信服务商：用于手机号登录、验证码发送和安全校验。
- AI生成、云计算、存储和内容分发服务：用于歌词、音乐、视频生成与作品存储。
- 统计和稳定性工具：用于了解访问情况、定位崩溃和改善产品体验。
我们会尽量要求第三方仅在实现服务目的所需范围内处理信息。若未来新增会影响你权益的重要第三方服务，我们会在本政策或产品内更新说明。
高级音乐生成：Mureka
高级音乐生成使用第三方AI服务 Mureka（其API隐私政策所列运营方为 SKYWORK AI PTE. LTD.）。你同意本次生成后，我们的服务器会向 Mureka 提交歌词文本、曲风描述、必要的生成设置，以及你选用的参考音频，用于生成这首歌曲。歌词和参考音频可能包含你或他人的个人信息，请先删去不必要的敏感内容并确保有权提交。
每次新建高级生成任务前，App和网页的确认弹窗会说明接收方及所分享的内容。取消确认会阻止本次新任务提交给 Mureka，不扣本次生成积分；也可以改用基础模型。基础音乐生成由我们的音乐处理服务执行，本次基础生成请求不会提交给 Mureka，但仍需要我们的服务器处理，并不等于手机离线处理。
我们会随生成任务保存授权证据，包括账号标识、说明版本、确认时间及对应请求标识，用于追溯该任务；这不是对未来任务的永久授权。恢复或查询已经提交的同一个任务不等于再次提交。取消新的生成或切换基础模型，不会撤回此前已经交给 Mureka 的内容。
Mureka 的处理可能发生在你所在国家或地区之外。其保存、使用和删除规则请查阅 Mureka API平台隐私政策。 我们不会在未核实的情况下承诺第三方立即删除数据或绝不用于训练。对已经分享的数据有访问、删除或撤回授权请求，可通过 contact@gengyinai.com 联系我们协助处理。
五、你的隐私选择与权利
- 你可以在App内查看或更新账号资料，退出登录，或关闭系统通知权限。
- 你可以取消公开自己主动发布的作品；公开内容被举报后，我们会根据内容规则进行处理。
- 你可以在App的“我的/设置”中发起账号删除请求；若该入口暂时不可用，也可以通过 contact@gengyinai.com 联系我们。
- 你可以要求我们说明、更正、删除或停止处理你的个人信息，但为履行法律义务、交易审计、争议处理和安全风控所需的信息可能需要在必要期限内保留。
- 你可以在浏览器或系统设置中管理Cookie、通知、相册、麦克风、照片和网络等权限。
六、信息保存与安全
我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所需期间内保存个人信息。账号、订单、积分流水、公开内容、举报记录和安全日志可能因履行合同、合规审计、争议解决或安全保护需要而保留更长时间。
我们会采取访问控制、传输加密、日志审计、最小必要授权和安全监控等措施保护信息安全。但互联网环境并非绝对安全，请你妥善保管账号和设备。
七、未成年人保护
梗音AI主要面向具备相应民事行为能力的用户。未成年人使用本服务前，应取得监护人同意并在监护人指导下使用。若我们发现未成年人信息被不当收集，将依法及时处理。
八、政策更新
我们可能根据产品功能、法律法规或运营安排更新本政策。重大变更会通过网站、App内提示或其他合理方式告知你。更新后的政策自页面标注的生效日期起适用。

Information and purposes
We process account and sign-in information such as supported sign-in identifiers, profile details, sessions, and security checks; content you submit such as chat text, screenshots, OCR results, lyrics, style descriptions, reference materials, and generated songs or videos; purchase and credit-ledger records; device, app, network, usage, error and crash information; and support or report records. These are used to provide creation, generation, library playback, lyric synchronization, export, sharing, account security, receipt validation, entitlement recovery, moderation, troubleshooting, and support.
Providers and Advanced generation
We use Apple In-App Purchase for iOS digital purchases, supported WeChat or SMS sign-in providers, AI processing, cloud, storage and delivery providers, and reliability tools. External services have their own privacy rules. We seek to limit third-party processing to what the relevant feature needs.
Advanced music generation uses Mureka, a third-party AI service whose API policy identifies SKYWORK AI PTE. LTD. as its operator. After you agree for a generation attempt, our server sends the lyric text, style description, necessary generation settings, and, if selected, reference audio to Mureka to create that song. These materials may include personal information about you or other people. Remove unnecessary sensitive details and make sure you have permission to submit them.
Before each new Advanced attempt, the app or web confirmation names Mureka and the shared data. Cancel prevents this new attempt from being submitted to Mureka; no generation credits are charged. You can choose Basic instead. Basic music generation uses our music worker rather than Mureka for that request, but still involves our servers; it is not offline processing on your phone.
We retain consent evidence with the job, including account, notice version, confirmation time, and request identity. It is not permanent permission for future jobs. Recovering an already submitted job does not create a new submission. Cancelling a new attempt or switching to Basic does not recall data previously sent to Mureka.
Mureka may process data outside your country or region. See the Mureka API Platform Privacy Policy for its processing and retention rules. We do not make unverified promises about immediate third-party deletion or exclusion from training. Contact contact@gengyinai.com for help with access, deletion, or withdrawal requests concerning data already shared.
Your choices and rights
You can review or update account details, sign out, unpublish your own public works, manage device or browser permissions, and request account deletion in the app's Me / Settings area. If you cannot access that area, contact our privacy email. You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing where applicable. Reports may lead to removal of public content under our content rules.
Retention and security
We keep information for the purposes described above. Account, transaction, credit, report and security records may be retained longer where needed for legal obligations, auditing, disputes, or fraud prevention. We use access controls, encrypted transport, logging, least-privilege practices and monitoring. No internet service is completely secure; protect your account and device. An account-deletion request does not imply immediate deletion of records we must retain or of data held by a third-party provider.
Children, updates and contact
Our service is intended for users who can legally enter the relevant agreement. Minors should use it only with a guardian's consent and guidance. We address improperly collected information as required by law. We may update this policy as the product, laws or operations change and communicate material changes through the website, app or another reasonable method.
